From one of those viral emails I got today:
"There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.
Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled."
Perhaps this is why I do go out of my way to do little things that brighten other people's day -- because their reaction brightens my day as well.
